Zusammenfassung

Endokrine Tumoren im Kindes- und Jugendalter sind eine Gruppe seltener Erkrankungen, die von den verschiedenen endokrinen Organen ausgehen. Der Heterogenität der Tumoren liegt die unterschiedliche Anatomie und Funktion der betroffenen Organe zugrunde. Zu den malignen endokrinen Tumoren (MET) werden Schilddrüsenkarzinome, maligne Phäochromozytome und Paragangliome, Nebennierenrindenkarzinome und neuroendokrine Tumoren des Gastrointestinaltraktes gezählt. Diagnostik und Therapie erfolgen diagnoseorientiert und individualisiert in interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit der betroffenen Fachdisziplinen.
