Zusammenfassung

Bei der Portimplantation kann es zu einer vermehrten Blutungsneigung kommen, wenn bei dem Patienten Gerinnungsdefekte vorliegen. Thrombotische Ereignisse sowie Okklusionen sind wichtige Komplikationen implantierter Portsysteme. Somit sind hämostaseologische Grundkenntnisse von Bedeutung, um die genannten Komplikationen zu vermeiden bzw. auftretende Komplikationen adäquat therapieren zu können
