Zusammenfassung

Der anteriore Standardzugang wird an der HWS am häufigsten eingesetzt. Er eignet sich sowohl für Diskektomien und als auch für Korpektomien mit Verplattung. Mit Hilfe des posterioren Zugangs sind sowohl Laminektomie und Fusion als auch Open-Door-Laminoplastie möglich. Beim anterioren Zugangsweg ist bereits ab der Hautinzision eine Orientierung anhand anatomischer Landmarken möglich (Os hyoideum, Schildknorpel, Tuberculum caroticum). Diese Möglichkeit fehlt beim posterioren Zugangsweg.
