Do Benchmarking Regularly and Consistently. Don’t Exchange Salary Data Directly with Competitors. Don’t Use Cheap Data. Do Challenge Your Survey Provider(s). Do Benchmarking Internally as Well. Don’t Be Afraid if Pay Is Below the Market
