Zusammenfassung
Flexible Beschäftigungsverhältnisse sind eine unternehmensorientierte Strategie zur Flexibilisierung der Arbeit. Sie helfen Unternehmen, besser auf veränderte Anforderungen (z. B. durch die Globalisierung) zu reagieren. Eindeutige Erkenntnisse darüber, wie sich diese Art der Arbeit auf die Gesundheit der Beschäftigten auswirkt, liegen aber bisher nicht vor. Es werden sowohl positive als auch negative Zusammenhänge zu Gesundheit und Wohlbefinden berichtet. Der Beitrag schlägt eine Trennung in aufgaben- und beschäftigungsbezogene Stressoren vor, die hilft, gesundheitsrelevante Aspekte der Arbeit in flexiblen Beschäftigungsverhältnissen zu beschreiben und zu analysieren. Er fasst Forschungsergebnisse zur Ausprägung von aufgaben- und beschäftigungsbezogenen Stressoren in flexiblen Beschäftigungsverhältnissen zusammen und berichtet die Ergebnisse einer Untersuchung mit 55 Leiharbeitern zum Zusammenhang zwischen beschäftigungsbezogenen Stressoren und Indikatoren für Wohlbefinden. Abschließend werden Möglichkeiten der Gesundheitsförderung bei flexiblen Beschäftigungsverhältnissen diskutiert.
