Zusammenfassung

Betasympathomimetika bilden traditionell die größte Arzneimittelgruppe in der Asthmatherapie. Eine weitere wichtige Arzneimittelgruppe sind inhalative Glucocorticoide, die überwiegend in Kombination mit langwirkenden Betasympathomimetika verordnet werden. Bei chronisch obstruktiver Lungenkrankheit (COPD) werden bevorzugt inhalative Anticholinergika eingesetzt.
