Zusammenfassung

„Die Vorbereitungen für die dritte Operation des Vormittages waren bereits abgeschlossen, als der nächste Patient, Herr Kleinheber, in die Einleitung gebracht wurde. Der urologische Oberarzt lief schon unruhig im Saal hin und her. […] Der Narkosearzt Dr. Demian kontrollierte das Prämedikationsprotokoll. Er war kurz vor seiner Facharztprüfung und heute im TUR-Saal eingeteilt…“ – Was muss Dr. Demian bei transurethralen Resektionen alles bedenken? Warum ist eine Spinalanästhesie günstig? Unmittelbar nach der Einleitung geht es Herrn Kleinheber sehr schlecht und schnelle Handlungen sind gefragt. Aber auch nach der Operation ist der Spuk noch nicht vorbei. Der hinzu gerufene Oberarzt denkt an ein TUR-Syndrom, aber kann es nicht auch etwas anderes sein?
