„Kerngesunde Patientin mit Asthma, metabolischem Syndrom und Hypertonus“, dachte Dr. Serenus, als er auf dem Weg zum Patientenzimmer war. Bei den Laborwerten war ihm nur ein leicht erhöhter Kreatininwert aufgefallen. Aber das passte zur Niereninsuffizienz. Das EKG zeigte bis auf eine leichte Linksherzhypertrophie keine Auffälligkeiten…“ – Die Patientin Frau Kleinschmidt hat eine zerebrale AV-Malfomation, die embolisiert werden soll. Wie kann man bei solchen Patienten eine Leistungsanamnese durchführen? Die Anästhesie verläuft zunächst ohne Problem. Frau Kleinschmidt wird von Dr. Serenus in den Aufwachraum gebracht. Frau Dr. Doxa kümmert sich dort um sie, aber das Shivering bekommt sie nicht in den Griff. Was hat Frau Kleinschmidt für ein Problem?
