Zusammenfassung
„Frank Polster war die ersten Stufen der Leiter hinaufgestiegen, als er plötzlich kurz aufstöhnte, sich an den Kopf fasste und nach hinten auf den Boden fiel. Erschreckt sprang der Bauleiter zu ihm hin: Frank Polster reagierte nicht, und sein linker Arm war in einer seltsamen Stellung verdreht. Etwas ratlos sah sich der Bauleiter um…“ – Herr Polster stürzt und zieht sich eine Fraktur des Ellenbogens zu. Aber was war die Ursache des Sturzes? Der gerufene Notarzt weiß, was er zu tun hat. Die Diagnostik im Krankenhaus führt zu der Entscheidung, dass die Fraktur zunächst nicht im Zentrum der Therapie steht. Als sie im Verlauf des Krankenhausverlaufs jedoch versorgt wird, läuft bei der Betreuung von Herrn Polster einiges schief.
