Narbensparende Resektion z. B. von Hautweichteilüberschüssen im Bereich des Unterbauches ohne Transposition des Bauchnabels. Koexistierende Rektusdiastasen und Hernien können über denselben Zugang korrigiert werden. Ausführlich und lehrbuchartig werden verschiedene Methoden der Abdominoplastik, Oberarmstraffung (Brachioplastik) sowie der Oberschenkelstraffung vorgestellt.
