Zusammenfassung

Calcium-Hydroxylapatit (Radiesse) zählt zu den naturidenten, biologisch abbaubaren Füllsubstanzen. In einer Zubereitung mit einem Trägergel aus Carboxymethylcellulose, Glycerin und Wasser ist es besonders geeignet zur Volumenaugmentation im Bereich von Wangen, Kinn und Handrücken sowie zur Behandlung moderater und stark ausgeprägter Gesichtsfalten wie Nasolabialfalten und Marionettenfalten. Radiesse verfügt über einen 2-fachen Wirkmechanismus: Einen Soforteffekt durch die Gel-Matrix und einen lang anhaltenden Effekt durch den CaHA-induzierten Kollegenaufbau. Wissenschaftliche Hintergründe und die praktische Anwendung werden ausführlich, auch anhand von Bildbeispielen vorgestellt.
