Verbesserung der Gruppenarbeit im Unternehmen durch Computer Aided Team (CATeam) — auch im Controlling

Zusammenfassung

Gründe für die Beschäftigung mit Gruppenarbeit gibt es viele. Ein Großteil der Zeit, die Mitarbeiter im Unternehmen verbringen, wird dazu eingesetzt, um in Gruppen zu arbeiten oder dies zu versuchen. Die Schätzungen reichen von 60-70% Zeitanteil für DV-Manager bis zu 30-80% der Zeit für Mitglieder der Unternehmensführung [1]. Eine Studie zeigt, daß deutsche Manager durchschnittlich 40% ihrer 59-Stunden Woche mit Kommunikation, 38% im Büro und 22% unterwegs verbringen [2]. Neben den reinen Sitzungs- und Besprechungszeiten (27%) wird noch mehr Zeit für Kommunikation in den verschiedensten Formen verwendet. Diese Kommunikation wird meistens für Koordination benutzt: Koordination von Mitarbeitern, die zusammen arbeiten, um Ziele zu erreichen, die sie allein nicht erreichen könnten. Auch die zunehmende Spezialisierung und Internationalisierung sind Gründe für die Zunahme der Teamarbeit. Der Trend zur Teamarbeit und zur projektbezogenen Arbeit wird sich mit globalen und flachen Organisationen weiter fortsetzen ([3, 4, 5]): Toffler’s “Ad-hocracy” und Drucker’s “information-based enterprise” verdeutlichen dies.
