Résumé

Au génie chimique on trouve souvent des fluides compliqués comme les suspensions, les solutions des haut-polymères, les émulsions etc. En général c’est impossible de décrire l’écoulement de ces fluides par la hydrodynamique classique. C’est pourquoi on a essayé d’élargir la conception classique d’un fluide pour être capable â traiter aussi des fluides avec des structures compliquées.
