Zusammenfassung

Die Bedeutung der Frakturen des oberen Sprunggelenks liegt neben ihren Behandlungsproblemen in ihrer Häufigkeit und in ihren Folgen, die vor allem in schmerzhaften Bewegungseinschränkungen der Sprung-und Fußgelenke und dadurch bedingten Gangstörungen und anhaltendem Schonungsbedürfnis bestehen; die objektiv feststellbaren Unfallfolgen lassen sich durch Einschätzung des entsprechenden Erwerbsminderungsgrades bewerten.
