Zusammenfassung
Die Anwendung der Polymerwerkstoffe in der Industrie hat sich in letzter Zeit sehr verbreitet. In diesen Hinsicht ist es notwendig geworden, ihr Verhalten unter Betriebsbedingungen zu erforschen. In der vorliegenden Arbeit sind die tribologischen Eigenschaften von 10 verschiedenen Polymeren, die als Gleitlagerwerkstoffe benutzt werden können, in wässriger Umgebung experimentell untersucht worden. Die Versuche wurden mit einer Stift-Scheibe-Apparatur durchgeführt und der Reibungskoeffizient in Abhängigkeit von der Gleitgeschwindigkeit, der Pressung sowie von der Wassertemperatur untersucht worden.
Abstract
The Investigation of the behaviour of polymeric materials under operating conditions becomes a necessity due to the increase in the use of these materials in industrial applications. In this study, the tribological behaviour of 10 different polymer bearing material both filled and unfilled has been experimentally investigated in aqueous environment. In the experiments, the variation of friction coefficient in polymer/steel contact has been determined with respect to sliding speed, surface pressure and water temperature. In this paper, the results of systematic experiments carried out in aqueous environment and a brief discussion are presented.
