Abstract
Bone marrow cultures were carried out after BMT on 80 samples from 9 patients transplanted for aplastic anaemia and 50 transplanted for acute leukaemia. Samples were assayed for CFU-GM content and in some cases for CFU-GM proliferation in sholrt term suspension culture as previously described.
