Abstract
This chapter will deal with the fourth and final set of comparisons between Kibbutz and non-Kibbutz subjects. Fortunately, through the cooperation of Israel’s army authorities, the author had access to the files of the Officers Selection Unit. These files contained a great deal of personal information and test data on all soldiers referred by their training units as potential officer material. The following sections will describe the random samples of Kibbutz and non-Kibbutz soldiers that were obtained, and the relevant measures on which they were compared. Subsequently, the results of the comparisons and their interpretation will be presented.
