Zusammenfassung
In der hämatologisehen Diagnostik werden radioaktive Substanzen als Indicatoren vor allem zur Bestimmung des Blutvolumens wie zum Nachweis von Blutbildungs- und Blutabbaustörungen benutzt. Bei den verwendeten Spürsubstanzen handelt es sich hauptsächlich um radioaktives Chrom und radioaktiven Phosphor zur Markierung der Blutzellen und der Plasmaproteine, um radioaktives Eisen für ferrokinetische Untersuchungen sowie um mit radioaktivem Kobalt markiertes Vitamin B12 zur Diagnostik der perniziösen Anämie (Schillingtest).
