Abstract
Restriction enzyme-cleaved genomic DNAs from nonhuman primates were analyzed by the Southern hybridization with 12 probes encoding HLA class II and III proteins. These probes were contributed to this workshop, in addition to the class I probe (pC250) from Cw3 genomic clone described by T. Strachan et al. (1). The latter seems to be HLA-C specific in high stringency condition (2).
