Abstract

31P-Fourier-NMR-spectroscopy using a Bruker-WH 270-spectrometer was applied as a direct, qualitative and quantitative analytical technique to the measurement of the kinetics of uridine diphosphate glucuronic acid (UDPGA), uridine diphosphate (UDP), uridine monophosphate (UMP) and of phosphate (P) associated with the glucuronidation of drugs.
