Halothane-Induced Lipid Peroxidation in Man and Rat as Measured by Ethane Formation in Vivo
Lipid peroxidation in vivo can be demonstrated by the measurement of ethane formation (Riely et al., Science 183, 208, 1974; Köster et al., Toxicol. Appl. Pharmacol. 41, 639, 1977). Ethane is measured by gas chromatography.
