Ein Modell zur Bestimmung Kostenoptimaler Prüfstrategien vom Skip-Lot-Typ

Zusammenfassung

Grundlage der Betrachtungen ist eine Folge von Produktionslosen des gleichen Gutes und festen Umfangs. Für eine solche Losfolge wird ein Modell entwickelt, in dem als Ergebnis einer Kostenoptimierung Prüfstrategien entstehen, die eine Prüfung nur zu solchen Zeitpunkten vorsehen, in denen mangelhafte Lose auf Grund der bisherigen Qualitätsgeschichte zu erwarten sind. Neben Strukturaussagen über optimale Strategien werden numerische Beispiele vorgestellt und an ihnen die Auswirkung von Variationen der Modellparameter auf optimale Strategien diskutiert.

Summary

We consider a sequence of lots containing a fixed number of items which can be classified as defective or nondefective. It is our aim to construct a stochastic model for incoming lot quality for which a cost optimal skip lot procedure in conjunction with a single sampling plan by attributes or with an instruction for total inspection is determined. At first we give some insight into the structure of optimal strategies and secondly some numerical examples are presented and the effects of parameter variations are discussed.
