Im Referat wird ein modular aufgebautes Dialogsystem zur optima-len Liquiditätsdisposition vorgestellt, mit dem Datenerfassung und Verwaltung, Dokumentation, Optimierungsrechnung, Alternativenrechnung und Abruf der Ergebnisse im Online-Betrieb durchgeführt werden. Die realisierbaren Nutzeffekte des Planungssystems hängen weitgehend von der Genauigkeit ab, mit der die Zahlungsströme prognostiziert werden können. Es werden daher die spezifischen Probleme skizziert, die bei der Entwicklung eines Systems zur tagesgenauen Prognose der Vielzahl heterogener Zahlungsarten von Kommunen auftreten.

Summary

A modular interactive program system for optimal cash management is des-cribed. The model consists of subprograms for online data collection and data management, documentation, optimization, evaluation of alternative solutions and output of the results. The systems’ benefits depend to a great extent on the accuracy with which the payments can be forecastet. Therefore the specific problems are outlined that arise with the development of a forecasting system in respect of the multitude of different types of payments on issues of the municipal financial management.
