Abstract
To effectively compete with “Third World” countries and their very low Labour costs, we require to produce goods of a higher quality, lower cost and on shorter leadtimes. This can be achieved, in many instances, if we strategically apply A.M.T. to consciously provide a “Competitive Edge”.
