Hématome sous-capsulaire du foie

Résumé

La pré-éclampsie sévère et le syndrome de HELLP s’accompagnent d’altérations des tests hépatiques qui peuvent être le reflet d’un oedème du foie, de dépôts de fibrine dans les sinusoïdes hépatiques ou d’une destruction tissulaire due à l’ischémie. Ces modifications sont en général transitoires et disparaissent après l’accouchement lors de la résolution du syndrome. Les lésions histologiques observées dans le foie comprennent des hémorragies intra-parenchymateuses dues à la vasodilatation des arterioles hépatiques et des zones d’infarcissement qui apparaissent plus tardivement dans l’évolution de la maladie [1]. Ces lésions peuvent se compliquer d’hématome sous-capsulaire ou parenchymateux du foie avec risque de rupture hépatique.
