Zusammenfassung

Die endoskopische Chirurgie hat innerhalb der Gynäkologie weltweit in den letzten Jahren eine foudroyante Entwicklung genommen. Das Machbare ändert sich beinahe täglich und deckt bereits heute schon praktisch die gesamte gynäkologische Chirurgie, angefangen von der Adnexchirurgie über Hysterektomie, Prolaps-operation, Inkontinenzoperation, onkologische Operationen wie radikale Hysterektomie mit pelviner und paraaortaler Lymphonodektomie bis hin zur Vesico-Va-ginal-Fistelchirurgie [1].
