Zusammenfassung

Große Erwartungen bei Früherkennung und Heilung gynäkologischer Tumoren werden in die PDT gesetzt. Dieses Behandlungsverfahren beruht auf der Zerstörung von Tumorzellen durch eine photochemische Reaktion, welche nach Bestrahlung mit Laserlicht spezifischer Wellenlänge durch Bildung von Singulett-Sauerstoff einsetzt. Eine zentrale Rolle spielt dabei der sich im Tumorgewebe anreichernde Farbstoff (Photosensibilisator). Die vorliegende Arbeit bezweckte, allfällige zytotoxische Einflüsse zweier Photosensibilisatoren im Dunkelbereich anhand von Tumorzellkulturen aus der Gynäkologie zu eruieren.
