Résumé

Les tumeurs malignes da vagin touchent 0,5/100000 femmes/an et constituent 1–2% des cancers des voies génitales [1–5]. Le vagin est plus fréquemment le siège de métastases d’autres tumeurs que celui de cancers primaires [1,6]. L’âge moyen des patientes dépend du type histologique. Il est de 62 ans pour les carcinomes, le mélanome et certains sarcomes, mais il est de 18 ans pour l’adénocarcinome à cellules claires et même de 2 à 5 ans pour le rhabdomyosar-come, le sarcome botryoide et la tumeur du sinus endodermique [4, 5, 7–9].
