Zusammenfassung

DieNahrung der Tiere scheint bei oberflächlicher Betrachtung sehr verschiedenartig zusammengesetzt zu sein. Es benötigen aber alle Tiere die gleichen Nährstoffe: Eiweiß, Fett, Kohlenhydrat, Wasser, Mineralstoffe und Vitamine. Diese Stoffe nehmen sie mit ihrer Nahrung auf. Säuger, Vögel, Fische, Schlangen, Insekten konnten mit der gleichen synthetischen Diät ernährt werden1.
