Zur quantitativen Ermittelung der Karbonylgruppe stellt man Derivate der Aldehyde, Ketone etc. nach folgenden Methoden dar:

   mittelst Phenylhydrazin,

   mittelst Hydroxylamin,

    
3. 3.

   mittelst Semikarbazid,

    
4. 4.

   mittelst Amidoguanidin,

    
5. 5.

   mittelst Paraamidodimethylanilin.
