Abstract

Photogrammetry is the discipline that surveys objects with the help of central perspective photographs. A large number of solutions exists for use with pattern recognition techniques in single images and stereo-pairs. Also methods of pattern recognition begin to enter into photogrammetry. This paper is a review of concepts in the area between current photogrammetry and pattern recognition.
