Résumé
Les isotopes radioactifs ont trouvé ces dernières années une utilisation toujours plus vaste dans le traitement, ainsi que dans l’étude de la pathogénèse de certaines maladies du sang. Cependant, il est intéressant de souligner l’effort de certains hématologues pour l’application de radioisotopes chez l’homme pour poser avec précision un diagnostic ou éclaircir dans un cas complexe le mécanisme ou l’évolution de certaines hématopathies.
