Zusammenfassung

Die Coronarthrombose ist wohl eine der häufigsten arteriellen Thrombosen geworden. Sie ist — abgesehen von den seltenen Coronarembolien und allergischen stenosierenden Coronarveränderungen — meistens ursächlich an der Entstehung des Herzinfarktes beteiligt. Oft aber werden auch autoptisch nur rein sklerotische Coronarstenosen ohne Thrombosen und deren Residuen gefunden.
