Zusammenfassung

Durch eine Umwandlungsoperation sollen eindeutig differenzierte äußere Geschlechtsorgane entfernt und die dem konträren Geschlecht entsprechenden Verhältnisse optisch sowohl als auch möglichst funktionell weitgehend erreicht werden. Die Indikation zu diesem Eingriff wird bei Hermaphroditismus und Transsexualismus gestellt.
