Zusammenfassung

Die Sarkoidose ist im Laufe ihrer etwa 75 jährigen Geschichte aus der Dermatologie und damit aus dem Fach herausgewachsen, in dem sie viele Jahrzehnte lang beinahe ausschließlich bearbeitet worden ist. Trotzdem ergibt sich für den Dermatologen die Aufgabe, sich — nicht etwa aus historischen Gründen, sondern schon der Diagnose und der Differentialdiagnose wegen — weiterhin mit dieser eigenartigen Krankheit auseinanderzusetzen.
