Zusammenfassung
Die Behandlung der Gelenk- und Wirbelsäulenbeteiligung der Psoriasis-Krankheit richtet sich im Prinzip nach den für die chron. Polyarthritis bzw. Spondylitis ankylosans geltenden Regeln. Dabei müssen aber zwei Gesichtspunkte berücksichtigt werden:

Die Therapie der Arthritis und Spondylitis darf die Hautveränderungen nicht verschlechtern.

Das Gesetz der Verhältnismäßigkeit (zu erwartende Wirkung: in Kauf zu nehmende Nebenwirkungen) muß respektiert werden.
