Zusammenfassung

Kürzlich nahmen wir an anderem Orte zur Frage nach den Mechanismen zur Regulierung der Nahrungsaufnahme und deren Beeinflussung durch endogene und exogene Faktoren Stellung (Mertz,1969). Wir greifen dieses Thema hier in erweitertem Rahmen wieder auf, indem die Regulierung der Wasseraufnahme in den Katalog der zu besprechenden Fragen einbezogen wird.
