Zusammenfassung
Das Blut besteht aus Formbestandteilen und Plasma. Die Formbestandteile sind Erythrocyten, Leukocyten und Thrombocyten. Das Plasma ist eine Flüssigkeit, in der organische Bestandteile, wie Eiweiß (Globuline und Albumine), Kohlehydrate und Fette sowie auch anorganische Substanzen gelöst sind. Es besitzt gewisse Eigenschaften, die teilweise vererbt sind, zum Teil aber erst im Leben erworben werden.
