Abstract

According to XI (1.17) the intensity of spectral lines is determined by the effect operator for the emission of a photon of frequency ω nm as follows:
$$ {\Delta ^1}{F_{n \to m}} = \Delta t\frac{{4\omega _{nm}^3}}{3}{E_n}\overset{\lower0.5em\hbox{$\smash{\scriptscriptstyle\rightharpoonup}$}}\to {d} \left( 0 \right)\cdot{E_m}\overset{\lower0.5em\hbox{$\smash{\scriptscriptstyle\rightharpoonup}$}}\to {d} \left( 0 \right){E_n} $$
