Zusammenfassung
Unter der Bezeichnung Epidermolysis bullosa hereditaria werden recht verschiedene Krankheitsbilder, welche die Neigung zur Blasenbildung auf geringfügige mechanische Reize hin und das hereditäre Moment miteinander gemeinsam haben (Ehrmann und Fick) zu einer klinischen Gruppe zusammengefaßt. Die Bezeichnung Epidermolysis trifft wahrscheinlich anatomisch-pathologisch nur für die dystrophischen Formen zu, während die nichtvernarbenden Formen mit einer Akantholyse oder Keratolyse einhergehen.
Die Krankheitsgruppe der hereditären Epidermolysen wird von W. F. Lever vom klinischen Standpunkt aus im Band II/2 des Ergänzungswerkes besprochen.
