Zusammenfassung
Mit der Normalisierung der Ernährungsverhältnisse der Nachkriegszeit bildeten sich die exogenen, alimentär bedingten Skeletkrankheiten zurück, die als sog. Hungerosteopathien auch nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg zur Entwicklung gekommen waren, und auf die u. a. Bansi, Bartelheimer [1, 3], H. H. Berg, Dennig hingewiesen haben, und über die zusammenfassend Schoen und. Tischendorf berichteten. In der Klinik stehen damit die vorwiegend endogenen, stoffwechselbedingten Osteopathien wieder im Vordergrund, die morphologisch in reiner oder gemischter Form als Osteoporose, Osteomalacie oder als Osteodystrophia fibrosa in Erscheinung treten. Das morphologische Substrat scheint dabei eine verhältnismäßig einförmige Antwort auf die Vielzahl der ätiologischen und pathogenetischen Möglichkeiten zu sein, die heute auch längst noch nicht als gelöst zu betrachten sind.
