Zusammenfassung
Leukocytäre Abbauzellen sind durch ganz bestimmte Kennzeichen, wie Kernstrukturverlust, Kernpyknose und Protoplasmazerfall von den intakten Blutzellen auf den ersten Blick zu unterscheiden. Trotzdem sind die Blutzellen wegen ihres überaus seltenen Auftretens im Blutausstrich des Menschen erst 1941 entdeckt worden (Undritz).Unter krankhaften Bedingungen und nach den verschiedensten Reizen aber Können die Abbauzellen gehäuft im Blut-ausstrich nachgewiesen werden (Heilmeyer, Lubbers, Koch).
