Abstract

For more than ten years, plasma cell has been considered to be the special source of plasma globulin, although final conclusion was not drawn yet. With the progress of studies of blood protein on one hand and with the clarification of the close relationship between γ globulin and antibody on the other hand, the problem has become one of the most interesting one in this field.
