Zusammenfassung
Grundsätzlich gilt, daß eine antiarrhythmische Therapie in erster Linie kausal durchzuführen ist; d. h. Elektrolyt- oder Stoffwechselstörungen (z. B. Hyperthyreose, diabetische Entgleisung usw.) müssen beseitigt werden, ebenso Intoxikationen (z. B. Digitalisüberdosierung).
