Abstract
This paper introduces a small package of computer programmes called KYOKAI.F for the practical use of boundary and finite element methods as a tool in engineering for the numerical solution of transient viscous and thermal fluid flow problems in two dimensions. Programme configuration of the new version with enhanced pre- and post-processors as well as command menus for the conversational use are presented together with some worked examples.
