Résumé

Le but de ce travail est d’étudier les différents stades de la réaction provoquée expérimentalement par l’action de poussières de silice sur le tissu conjonctif. Cette étude est poursuivie dans 2 directions : l’une est histochimique, qualitative, d’orientation. Elle présente l’avantage de localiser les substances dans le tissu étudié. L’autre direction est microchimique, quantitative et plus spécifique que la précédente.
