Zusammenfassung
Für die Entstehung einer Mykose sind nicht nur Pilze, sondern auch ein geeigneter Nährboden, ein geeignetes Terrain, erforderlich. Dieses ist so ohne weiteres an der Haut offensichtlich nicht gegeben. Dafür spricht, daß z.B. Partnerinfektionen auch bei Inguinal- und Fußmykosen wider Erwarten nicht sonderlich häufig sind. Fuß-und Perigenitalmykosen sind bei Kindern verhältnismäßig selten. Sie nehmen erst nach der Pubertät entscheidend zahlenmäßig zu, wie vor allem die Untersuchungen von Badillet u.a. zeigen. Offensichtlich liegt ein mykosegeeignetes Terrain auch bei dem einzelnen Mykosekranken nicht am ganzen Integument vor. Vielfach ist die Mykose einseitig, z.B. nur an einer Hand, während die andere trotz ständigen Pilzkontaktes nicht befallen wird. Es läßt sich zeigen, daß das mykosegeeignete Terrain auf viszero-kutanem Reflexwege durch Änderung der Strömungsverhältnisse im Endstrombahnbereich und in Abhängigkeit davon der Gewebsverhältnisse zustande kommt (Abb. 1, Tabelle 1). Dies sei an einigen Beispielen im folgenden demonstriert:
