Zusammenfassung

Der Ultraschall der Haut hat im Vergleich zu Ultraschalluntersuchungen anderer Organe erst spät Einzug in die Dermatologie gehalten. Während Ultraschalluntersuchungen innerer Organe überhaupt erst zur Sichtbarmachung der Strukturen eingesetzt werden, können an der Haut die Veränderungen unmittelbar gesehen werden. Zusätzlich können krankhafte Prozesse an der Haut auch gut getastet werden. Deshalb leuchtet dem Dermatologen der Einsatz entsprechender Geräte nicht unmittelbar ein. Welche zusätzlichen Informationen kann nun ein Ultraschallgerät an der Haut eröffnen? Hier sind vorrangig folgende Untersuchungsmöglichkeiten zu nennen:

  • Darstellung und Vermessung echoarmer Strukturen in Epidermis, Dermis und Subkutis

  • Darstellung und Vermessung echoreicher Strukturen in Epidermis, Dermis und Subkutis.
