Screen Printing

Abstract

Screen printing, a process with its roots in antiquity, has become an enormous industry involved with such widely different activities as the decoration of kitchenware and the fabrication of state-of-the-art PCB hybrid electronic circuits. Despite the fact that the need for accuracy in the electronics world is vastly greater than what the graphics business demands, there has been an unfortunate tendency for some firms to treat their electronics screen-printing process as though they were turning out coffee mugs.
