Psychiatrie in der klinischen Medizin

Zusammenfassung

Seit der ersten Nierentransplantation 1956 und der ersten Herztransplantation 1967 sind in der Unterdrückung der Organabstoßung durch Immunsuppressiva sowie in der Entwicklung elaborierter chirurgischer Eingriffe große Fortschritte erzielt worden. Mit fast 4.000 transplantierten soliden Organen 1999 (Deutsche Stiftung Organtransplantation) bietet die Transplantationsmedizin auch in Deutschland inzwischen eine etablierte Maßnahme in der Behandlung des chronischen Nieren-, Herz-, Leber- und Lungenversagens im Endstadium [15].
